Please note that if you will require vaccinations relating to foreign travel then you need to book an appointment with the practice nurse to discuss your travel arrangements. This will include which countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine what vaccinations are required. These should be given at least 6 weeks before you travel. Please note that Travel Clinic services are only available to patients of Blackfriars Medical Practice, here in London.
Please fill the form in online (on this page) again at least 6 weeks before your appointment. Once you have submitted the form it will be reviewed by our practice nurse and we will allocate you an appointment to see her. Our travel clinic usually happens on a Thursday afternoon.
Please note that there may be a charge for certain vaccines. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS. The nursing team will be able to advise you of this once they have assessed your form.
