The Southwark SUN Project
Southwark Service User Network (SUN) is a community based support group for adults experiencing difficulties with complex emotional needs. SUN aims to empower people to problem solve their current struggles - emotional, relational, social and practical. There are two groups per week which give members a safe and friendly space to give or receive support when in a crisis. You do not need to have a diagnosis or already be under any secondary mental health team.
You can refer yourself to Southwark SUN if you are an adult aged 18 to 65 who lives in the borough, or if you are registered with a Southwark GP. More information can be found on here: Southwark SUN Leaflet
